CHINESE BEEF CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1 c. minute rice, uncooked
2 cans cream of celery soup
1 1/2 soup cans water
1 (3 oz.) can chow mein noodles

Brown and drain beef. Mix beef with all ingredients, except noodles. Place in casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Top with noodles and bake another 5 minutes. Serves 7.
