PISTACHIO MARBLE CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix
1 box instant pistachio pudding
4 eggs
1 c. water
1/2 c. oil
1/2 tsp. almond extract
1/4 c. chocolate syrup

Combine cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, water, oil and extract in large bowl. Blend together, beat at medium speed for 2 minutes. Measure 3/4 cup of batter; stir in chocolate syrup. Grease and flour pan, pour in batter. Swirl chocolate throughout cake to marble. Bake at 350 degrees following instructions on cake mix box.
