WALDORF-CRANBERRY MOLD 
2 (3 oz.) pkg. cherry gelatin or 1 cherry and 1 raspberry
2 1/2 c. boiling water
1 (16 oz.) can whole cranberry sauce
1 c. chopped apple
1/2 c. chopped celery, or more
1/4 c. chopped walnuts

Combine gelatin and water; stir to dissolve and mix in cranberry sauce. Chill until partially thickened. Then stir in apples, celery, and nuts. Turn into large bowl or 6 1/2 cup mold. Refrigerate overnight.
