CRANBERRY WALDORF | |
1 1/2 c. cranberries, chopped 1 c. red apple, chopped 1 c. celery, chopped 1 c. seedless green grapes, halved 1/3 c. raisins 1/4 c. walnuts, chopped 2 tbsp. sugar 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon 1 (8 oz.) carton vanilla low-fat yogurt Frosted cranberries (optional) Fresh mint leaves (optional) Combine first 9 ingredients; toss to coat. Cover and chill 2 hours. Stir just before serving. Garnish with frosted cranberries and mint leaves. Serves 9. (99 calories per 1/2 cup serving) |
