CRANBERRY WALDORF SALAD 
1 (16 oz.) pkg. raspberry Jello
2 c. boiling water
1 (10 oz.) carton frozen raspberries
1/2 c. orange juice
1 (16 oz.) can whole cranberry sauce
2 c. thinly sliced celery
3/4 c. chopped walnuts
2 c. peeled and diced apples

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add frozen raspberries and orange juice. Mix until raspberries are thawed. Place in refrigerator. When partially set, fold in cranberry sauce, celery, walnuts, and apples. When completely set, place in serving bowl and return to refrigerator until ready to serve. makes 8- 10 servings.
