CRANBERRY WALDORF SALAD 
1 sm. pkg. raspberry jello
1 1/4 c. boiling water
1 c. whole cranberry sauce
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped unpeeled apple
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 c. Henri's fat free dressing

Combine boiling water and jello until dissolved; chill until slightly thickened. Fold in remaining ingredients; pour into a 4-cup mold or 8-inch square pan. Chill until firm. Yield: 6-8 servings.
