MEAT AND TATOR TOT CASSEROLE 
1 1/4 pounds ground beef browned with small chopped onion. Mix 1 can cream of mushroom soup with 1/3 can milk. Add to meat mixture and put in casserole dish. Grate 1 cup Cheddar cheese over meat mixture. Top with 1 pound tator tots. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
