MEAT CASSEROLE (LIKE LASAGNA) 
1 (5 to 8 oz.) pkg. medium egg noodles
1 c. sour cream
1 sm. pkg. cream cheese
6 green chopped onions
1 lb. ground meat
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 reg. can stewed tomatoes
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese

In large skillet, brown ground meat and drain. Add stewed tomatoes and tomato paste and cook together for a few more minutes.

While meat is browning, boil egg noodles until done and drain. Add to noodle mixture the sour cream, cream cheese and chopped onions. Mix well.

In a 9 1/2 x 13 inch long greased casserole dish, layer the noodle mixture, topped by a layer of meat mixture. Top with grated Cheddar and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. This is a great dish to freeze ahead for company!
