CRANBERRY APPLE WALDORF 
3 envelopes unflavored gelatin
1/3 c. sugar
1 c. boiling water
3 1/2 c. cranberry juice
1 c. chopped apple
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/3 c. chopped walnuts

In large bowl, mix gelatin and sugar. Add boiling water and stir until gelatin is completely dissolved. Add cranberry juice, pour into 8 or 9-inch square pan and chill until mixture is consistency of unbeaten egg whites. Stir in apple, celery and nuts. Chill until firm. Makes 8-9 servings.
