BIETENSALADE 
8 potatoes
4 beets
3 pork chops
1 jar tiny pickles
1 jar silver onions
1/2 lemon
1 tomato
2 hard boiled eggs
Some lettuce
2 apples (Granny Smith's)
Little jar salad sauce

Boil equal amount potatoes and beets. Add salt. Mash up. Fry pork chops, cut small pieces. Shred apples and onions and add 4 tablespoons of salad sauce. Squeeze lemon juice and add. Put lettuce on big plate. Pour "Bietensalade" on top and shape into half a football. Cover with thin layer of salad sauce. Add decorations; pieces of pickle, tomato and hard boiled slices of egg.
