BEEF ITALIANO 
3 c. Creamettes dumpling noodles
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 can (5 3/4 oz.) mushroom steak sauce
1 can (6 oz.) tomato paste
1 c. water
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic
1/2 tsp. pepper
Grated Parmesan cheese
1 c. cottage cheese
1 (3 oz.) cream cheese
1/4 c. sour cream

Cook noodles, rinse and drain. Brown beef and onion. Stir in tomato paste, steak sauce and water until smooth. Stir in seasonings.

Combine cottage cheese, cream cheese and sour cream.

Spread half of sauce mixture in 11 x 7-inch pan. Top with noodles. Cover with cheese mixture. Carefully spread remaining sauce on top. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Let stand a few minutes. Cut and enjoy!
