BEEF CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground round steak
1 tbsp. oil
1 lg. chopped onion, chopped med.
1 can mushroom soup
1 can tomato soup
1/2 pkg. med. noodles, cooked
Parmesan cheese

In large frying pan, brown ground steak and onions; simmer until onions are cooked. Add tomato and mushroom soups, and let simmer until soups are dissolved, stirring occasionally, then let simmer for 15 minutes. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Pour over cooked noodles and bake in 350 degree oven until cheese is melted. Serves 4-6 people.
