BEEF BURGUNDY CASSEROLE | |
2 lbs. round steak, cubed 1 pkg. onion soup 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 can cream of celery soup 1/2 c. wine, burgundy or red (optional) Combine all ingredients in 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake for 3 hours at 300 degrees covered part of time. Serve with noodles or rice. Makes 4 servings. |
