BEEF CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
2 tbsp. catsup
1/4 c. bell pepper, chopped
1 tbsp. steak sauce
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (5 oz.) elbow macaroni
2 tbsp. shortening
2 c. canned tomatoes
Salt & pepper
1 c. grated cheese

Brown beef in shortening in skillet until brown. Add onion, tomatoes, catsup, sauce and green pepper. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes. Cook macaroni, according to directions. Combine macaroni with beef mix. Mix in mushroom soup.
