HEARTY BEEF CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. ground steak cut in 1/2 inch cubes
3 tbsp. oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 1/2 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt, pepper to taste
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms/broth
1 c. tomato sauce
1 c. sour cream
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. flour

Brown meat in hot oil. Add green pepper, celery, onion and garlic and cook until tender. Stir in flour. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Put in greased casserole. Bake for 1 1/2 hours in 325 degree oven. Serve on boiled rice.
