2 tbsp. shortening
1 lb. hamburger
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
2 c. tomato juice
1 tbsp. steak sauce
1 onion, chopped
1 c. macaroni, uncooked
1 tbsp. catsup
1 can mushroom soup

Brown meat, onion and pepper in skillet with shortening. Drain. Add meat mixture, steak sauce, catsup, tomato juice, and macaroni. Simmer 15 minutes. Add mushroom soup. Simmer another 15 minutes. Pour into casserole dish. Top with grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until cheese is melted.
