HONEY MUSTARD CHICKEN 
1/4 c. Dijon mustard
3 tbsp. honey
2 tsp. lemon juice
2/3 c. plain bread crumbs
1 lb. boneless chicken thighs or breasts
1 tbsp. vegetable oil

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease cookie sheet. Combine mustard, honey and lemon juice in shallow dish. Dip chicken pieces in mustard mixture then bread crumbs. Place on pan and bake 30-35 minutes.
