CHICKEN CURRY 
1. 1 whole chicken
2. 1 lg. onion
3. 1 tsp. cardamom
4. 1 tsp. allspice
5. 1 tbsp. coriander powder
6. 1 med. - lg. tomato
7. 2 tsp. minced garlic
8. 2 tsp. minced ginger root

Skin and cut up the chicken into bite size pieces after washing thoroughly. Chop onions; brown onions until golden brown. Add garlic, ginger, and items 3- 5. Stir well. Add cut up tomatoes. Cover and simmer until tomatoes are soft. Add salt to taste. Add chicken; mix well. Cover and cook on medium high for 5 minutes, then stir well. Then cover and cook on medium heat for 25-30 minutes.
