COUNTRY CAPTAIN CHICKEN 
1 chicken, cut up
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
8 tsp. oil
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 lg. green pepper, chopped
1/4 c. flour
1 lg. clove garlic, crushed
3 tsp. curry powder
1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes
1/2 c. raisins

Season chicken and shake in bag with flour. Brown in oil. Arrange chicken in skillet. Add remaining ingredients. Cover and cook on low for 1 hour.
