This is a family favorite! 10 potatoes, peeled and sliced into quarters chicken stock garlic powder oregano olive oil lemon juice water Peel potatoes. Cut potato in half then cut each half. Add potatoes to large baking pan. Sprinkle with enough chicken stock, garlic powder, oregano, olive oil and lemon juice so that potatoes are evenly coated with each ingredient. Fill pan with water so that potatoes are immersed in liquid. Cover tightly with foil. Bake at 450°F for 45 minutes covered. Uncover potatoes and bake until slightly browned. Submitted by: Toni M. |
