QUICK BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 lb. beef sirloin
1 tbsp. butter
1 medium onion, minced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 cup dairy sour cream
1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, broiled
2 tbsp. ketchup
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Cut meat into 1/4-inch strips (it helps if meat is partially frozen when cut into strips). Brown meat in butter, add onion, add garlic; cook until onion is just tender. Combine remaining ingredients, add to meat mixture and heat through, do not boil. Serve over noodles.

Makes 4 servings.
