COUNTRY STYLE HASH BROWNS 
2 lb. bag frozen hash browns
1 pt. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. cheddar cheese
1/4 c. onion
2 c. cornflakes
1/2 stick butter

Thaw potatoes, add onion, sour cream, soup, salt, pepper, cheese and pour into 9 x 13 pan greased. Crush cornflakes add butter, top with flakes and butter. Cook 50 to 60 minutes at 350 degrees. 6 to 8 servings. Great for BBQ's!
