CREAMY HASH BROWNS | |
1 (2 lb.) pkg. frozen hash browns (cubes), partially thawed 1 can cream of chicken soup 1/4 c. melted butter 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 tsp. salt 1/2 c. diced onion 1/2 pt. sour cream 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese 2 c. crushed cornflakes 1/4 c. melted butter Mix together all ingredients (not cornflakes) and place in 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix 2 cups cornflakes with melted butter. Sprinkle on top of potato mixture. Bake, uncovered, 45 minutes at 350 degrees. |
