2 lb. bag frozen Southern style hash brown potatoes
1 pt. Hellmann's mayonnaise
1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed sm.

Mix above thoroughly. Place in 9 x 12 inch oiled pan. Spread evenly. Sprinkle top with 8 ounce bacon, fried crisply and shredded. Bake in 325 degree oven 1 hour.
