CHEESE HASH BROWNS 
20 oz. pkg. Simply Potatoes hash brown shreds
1 can cream of chicken soup
6 oz. (1 1/2 c.) shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. milk
1 tbsp. chopped onion

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients except potatoes. Mix well. Fold potatoes into cheese mixture. Place in greased 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Bake for 40 to 50 minutes. Microwave Directions: Increase milk to 1/3 cup. Microwave on high for 10 minutes; stir. Microwave 14 minutes more, stirring after 7 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
