HASH BROWN BAKE 
1 (2 lb.) pkg. frozen hash browns
1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup, undiluted
1/4 c. diced onions
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. melted butter
1 pt. sour cream
2 c. grated cheese
2 c. crushed cornflakes

Pour potatoes in lightly buttered 9 x 12 inch baking dish. Mix soup, sour cream, onions, grated cheese, salt, and pepper. Spread over potatoes. Dribble 3/4 of butter over top. Sprinkle cornflakes over all, then dribble remaining butter over top. Bake 45 minutes in 350 degree oven.
