CORN CASSEROLE 
2 cans cream style corn
1 pkg. Mexican corn bread mix
4 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1 sm. jar pimento, drained
1/2 onion, grated
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 c. shredded cheese

Combine all ingredients except cheese in a 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Sprinkle on the cheese. Bake for 15 minutes more or until cheese is melted.
