CHEDDAR TOP MEAT LOAF 
2 lb. ground beef
2 c. bread crumbs
1 1/2 c. (6 oz.) shredded sharp cheddar cheese
3/4 c. barbecue sauce
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Combine meat, crumbs, 1 cup cheese, 1/2 cup barbecue sauce and remaining ingredients; mix lightly. Shape into round loaf in shallow baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Brush with remaining barbecue sauce. Continue baking for 15 minutes. Top with remaining cheese. 8 servings.
