ONIONS AND GREEN PEPPERS 
2 green peppers, thin sliced
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. cream or milk
1 lb. sm. white onions, cooked
1 tsp. salt

Saute green peppers in butter until tender. Stir in flour and blend well. Add milk gradually and stir until thickened. Add onions and heat to serving temperature. Season to taste. Serves 6.
