GREEN PEPPER STEAK AND ONIONS 
1 lb. steak
1/4 c. oil
1 c. onions, chopped
1 c. green pepper, chopped
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. water, maybe more
2 tomatoes, cut up

Cut beef across grain into bite size chunks. Heat oil in frying pan. Add beef and fry until browned. If not done, cover and simmer until it is. Add vegetables except tomatoes. Cook about 10 more minutes. Mix cornstarch with water. Stir and cook until thickened. Add tomatoes and cook until they are done.
