CHICKEN A LA TRIPODI I 
1 1/2 c. cooked rice (UNCLE BEN'S® Converted)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
4-6 chicken breasts (boneless)

Mix soup with rice, do not add water with soup. Layer rice in baking dish and place chicken breasts on rice. Cover with tin foil and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. The last 5 minutes remove foil. Serves 4 to 6 people.
