CORN PONE 
1 can cream style corn
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 stick butter, softened
1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
2 beaten eggs
1 sm. box Jiffy cornbread muffin mix

Grease a 13 x 9 inch pan or casserole dish. Mix all ingredients together and pour into dish. Bake about 45 minutes at 350 degrees or until set. Can top with 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, if wanted.
