ORIENTAL CHICKEN SALAD 
4-6 c. cooked, cut up chicken
1/2 c. chopped green onion
2 c. chopped Chinese cabbage
1 can sliced water chestnuts
5 oz. pkg. slivered almonds, toasted
1 can Chinese noodles
1 lg. can mandarin oranges
1 can pineapple tidbits
Coconut
Banana
Raisins
Chutney for garnish
Raisins (optional)

Toss all ingredients together but save noodles for last so they will stay crunchy.

DRESSING:

1/2 c. milk
1/3 c. soy sauce
1 c. mayonnaise

Serve with muffins or crackers and dessert.
