ASPARAGUS - PISTASHIOED, BUTTERED | |
3 lb. asparagus Water 3/4 c. butter 2 tbsp. lemon juice 3/4 tsp. marjoram 3/4.c chopped pistachio nuts In a 5 quart pan, cook asparagus 5 to 8 minutes. Drain and arrange on serving platter. Melt butter with remaining ingredients in microwave until it sizzles. Pour over asparagus. |
