ASPARAGUS - PISTASHIOED,
BUTTERED
 
3 lb. asparagus
Water
3/4 c. butter
2 tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 tsp. marjoram
3/4.c chopped pistachio nuts

In a 5 quart pan, cook asparagus 5 to 8 minutes. Drain and arrange on serving platter. Melt butter with remaining ingredients in microwave until it sizzles. Pour over asparagus.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
