SPAGHETTI WITH PORK 
3 (2 inch) center cuts of pork
1 lb. pkg. spaghetti
3 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 c. water
1 lg. onion
2 buds garlic
3 bay leaves
1/4 tsp. pepper
Salt to taste

Brown pork on both sides in small amount of oil in frying pan. Combine tomato sauce, water and add to browned pork. Add cut up onion, garlic buds and bay leaves. Add the pepper and salt to taste. Simmer slowly for 3 hours. Serve sauce over the spaghetti that has been cooked according to directions on package. Serves 6.
