BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 pkgs. chopped broccoli
1 stick butter
1 sm. box Velveeta cheese
1 c. Ritz cracker crumbs

Cook broccoli until almost tender. Take 1/2 of the butter and mix with Velveeta cheese, then mix with broccoli. Take other half of butter and mix with cracker crumbs. Put on top of casserole. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes.
