BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 pkgs. frozen broccoli
3/4 lb. Velveeta cheese
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. melted butter
1 1/2 c. Ritz crackers crumbs (coarse)

Cook broccoli until tender. Drain. Make cheese sauce in double boiler. Melt cheese and add milk. Stir until smooth. Fold broccoli into cheese sauce. Place in greased casserole, alternating layers of broccoli and crackers with butter. Top with cracker crumbs and remaining butter. Bake 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
