BROCCOLI CHEESE CASSEROLE 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Velveeta cheese
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. milk
1/8 tsp. pepper
12 crushed crackers (Ritz)

Cook broccoli according to package directions. Put in buttered casserole dish. Melt butter in double boiler. Add flour, salt, and pepper. Blend well. Add milk slowly until sauce thickens. Cut cheese into cubes; add to sauce. Stir constantly until cheese has melted. Pour cheese over the broccoli and top with cracker crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
