CRAB AND BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
6 oz. crab meat, fresh back fin or special
4 oz. or 1 c. sharp cheddar cheese (white cheddar)
2 tbsp. minced onion
1/8 tsp. curry powder
1 c. milk
2 tbsp. melted butter
1 (10 oz.) pkg. broccoli
1/4 c. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. bread crumbs

Cook broccoli as directed; drain well. Arrange in greased 1 quart casserole dish. Spread cheese over broccoli. Saute onions in butter until golden, stir in flour, curry, add milk. Cook until thickened, stir in lemon juice and crab meat. Pour over cheese and broccoli. Mix bread crumbs with 1/4 cup butter and spread on top of casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
