BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. chopped brococli
1 egg
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 tsp. minced onion
Butter cracker crumbs for top

1. Cook frozen broccoli and drain.

2. Beat egg.

3. Add egg to the mayonnaise, mushroom soup, cheese and onion. Mix.

4. Add broccoli. Mix.

5. Butter sides and bottom of a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish.

6. Pour broccoli mixture into casserole dish.

7. Top with buttered cracker crumbs.

8. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30-45 minutes.
