GOURMET BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 eggs, beaten
2 pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli
1/2 c. mayo
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. minced onion
Salt & pepper to taste
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. water chestnuts, chopped
1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed
1 stick butter

Add all ingredients together except broccoli, crackers and butter. Cook broccoli as directed on package, add to mixture. Pour into a buttered casserole dish, top with one sleeve fine crushed Ritz crackers and dribble one stick of butter on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
