GOURMET CASSEROLE (EGGLESS) 
2 c. cooked rice
2 c. diced chicken style soyameat
1 (10 oz.) can mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. soy mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
1/4 c. slivered almonds
Paprika

Mix well first six ingredients, saute, celery, onions and mushrooms and add to rice mixture. Place in greased 2 quart casserole. Sprinkle with almonds and paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Serves 10.
