GOURMET VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) cream of celery soup
1/2 c. dairy sour cream
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
1 jar (2 oz.) diced pimentos, drained
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 can (16 oz.) sliced green beans, drained
1 can (17 oz.) whole sweet white corn, drained
1/4 tsp. seasoned pepper
Dash hot sauce

In large bowl, mix all ingredients together until well blended. Pour into a buttered 8 x 8 x 2 inch baking dish.

TOPPING:

1/2 c. (1 stick) butter, melted
1 1/4 c. finely crushed rich round cracker crumbs
1/2 c. sliced blanched almonds

Toss butter with cracker crumbs. Stir in almonds. Sprinkle mixture over top of casserole. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 45 minutes.
