BROCCOLI AND RICE CASSEROLE 
1 lg. pkg. broccoli
1 c. rice (cooked)
1 (8 oz.) Velveeta cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 tsp. garlic
1 tbsp. minced onion
1/4 c. milk

Cook broccoli not completely done. Sprinkle with garlic and onion. Add rice (cooked).

Combine soup, milk and cheese. Cook until cheese is melted. Add to broccoli and rice. Combine and bake at 350 degrees 30 to 35 minutes. If desired add water chestnuts.
