BROCCOLI-CHEESE CASSEROLE 
2 pkgs. chopped frozen broccoli
1 c. Velveeta cheese, (shredded)
3/4 c. mayonnaise
2 eggs
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. crushed Cheese Nips (1/2 in mixture, 1/2 for topping)
1/3 cube butter
1 tsp. seasoning salt
2 tsp. minced onion

Cook broccoli. Stir in remaining ingredients. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes. Sprinkle 1/2 cup cheese nips on top.
