BROCCOLI CASSEROLE | |
2 c. milk 1 lb. Velveeta cheese 1 tbsp. flour 4 tbsp. butter 3 pkg. chopped broccoli 1 pkg. (lg.) Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix 1 c. water 1/4 c. onion, diced 1/2 c. celery, diced 1 stick butter Heat oven to 350 degrees. Cook broccoli until tender and drain. Make sauce from milk, cheese, flour and butter. Cook over low heat, stirring frequently. Saute onions and celery in butter. Add to dressing mix and water. Layer in casserole; broccoli, dressing mix and sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. |
