BROCCOLI AND CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
2 pkgs. frozen broccoli
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 tsp. lemon juice
2/3 c. mayonnaise
1 egg
1 pkg. boneless chicken breast
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 stick butter
8 oz. pkg. seasoned stuffing mix

Cook broccoli and mix with next 5 ingredients. Cook chicken, cut into small pieces and add to mix. Pour into greased 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Layer cheese on top. Melt butter and add stuffing mix. Stir until coated. Layer on top of cheese. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes.
