BROCCOLI AND CHEESE CASSEROLE 
2 bags frozen broccoli
8 oz. Velveeta cheese
1/4 c. milk
1 c. butter
1 c. crushed Ritz crackers

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook broccoli part way (in microwave, cut hole in bag and cook on high 8 minutes each bag). Melt butter and Velveeta, add milk. In 8 x 10 inch casserole dish, put 1/2 of the broccoli (1 bag). Pour 1/2 of the Velveeta mixture over broccoli, sprinkle 1/2 of crackers. Repeat. Bake 30 minutes uncovered.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
