BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli
1 stick butter
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
3/4 stack Ritz crackers, crushed
White sauce

Cook broccoli and drain well. Make white sauce and melt Velveeta cheese in it, keep on low. Crunch crackers fine. Combine broccoli and Velveeta mixture. Melt butter and mix with crackers. Place broccoli in greased casserole and sprinkle crackers on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
