KRAUT CASSEROLE 
5 c. sliced raw potatoes
1 (17 oz.) can sauerkraut
1/2 can water
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can mushroom soup
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef or turkey
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can of cream of chicken soup
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt

Saute ground beef and onion. Add salt. Place sliced potatoes in the bottom of casserole dish. Add beef and onion. Place sauerkraut over beef and onion mixture. Pour cream of chicken soup over kraut; rinse can with 1/2 cup water and pour over soup. Pour mushroom soup over the entire casserole. Place in a preheated 350 degree oven and bake for 1 1/2 hours or until potatoes are tender.
